"Why was this so complicated?"
I had a frustrating experience with Brack because the communication around my order was all over the place. One email gave me one delivery time, but the website showed something different, and I was just sitting there thinking, why is this so complicated?
I ended up contacting support just to figure out what was actually going on. They did reply, which I appreciated, but the answer still felt kind of vague. In the end, it made a simple order feel way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Website is decent, but kinda messy!!!"
I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, but the site felt a little messy overall!!! Checkout on mobile was kind of clunky too, which made the whole thing take longer than it should have!!!

"Stock info seemed off again"
I checked the availability before ordering, but once again it didn’t seem to match reality. i’m starting to wonder if the stock info is actually being updated properly, because it feels a bit unreliable

"Packaging was really disappointing"
I ordered a small electronic item from brack.ch, and it showed up in this massive box with barely any padding inside. The box was crushed on one side, and even the product packaging was bent, which made me wonder what happened during shipping (or packing, who knows).

The item might still work, but for the price, I expected it to be handled with a bit more care. It just felt rushed and sloppy, and I wasn’t too happy about it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything fragile from them again anytime soon.

"Selection keeps getting worse"
I used to be able to find what I needed on Brack easily, but lately it feels like the goalposts keep moving. The products I wanted either weren’t available at all, or there was just one odd option that didn’t really fit. On top of that, the prices didn’t feel worth it anymore. I ended up ordering from another shop instead, which is disappointing for a store this big...

"Shipping Costs Are a Bit Much"
Loved seeing the shipping cost nearly steal the spotlight from the actual item. Super fun paying that much just to get it delivered. Definitely feels way too expensive.

"Disappointed with Bracks warranty service"
I had an issue that shouldve been covered under warranty, but getting help from Brack was frustrating. The support team wasnt helpful and I felt like I was just going in circles. i expected better

"Still a bit unsure about them"
My order did show up fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But i’m a little biased against companies that give vague support answers, and that’s kind of how this felt. The updates didn’t give me much confidence, so even though everything worked out, I’m not fully sure I’d trust them again...

"Tracking was alright, I guess"
The tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. But the package did show up fine in the end, so I guess it worked out okay.

"Returns are way too much of a hassle"
I tried to return something I ordered, the whole process was slow and confusing. I had to wait too long for support to get back to me, and it just made everything more frustrating. If returns are going to stay this difficult, I do not think I will order from here again.

"Delivery took way longer than I expected"
I ordered from Brack because it looked like delivery would be quick, like one of those orders where you buy something and it shows up almost before you’ve had time to think about it. But this one took several days longer than expected. The tracking didn’t help much either, it just sat there with the same update for ages, like when a parcel says “in transit” forever, or when a food delivery app says the driver is nearby but nothing moves, or when you refresh your email waiting for a confirmation that never changes. The item itself was totally fine when it finally arrived, no damage or anything, so that part was okay. But the waiting was annoying, especially because I ordered expecting speed. It’s not the worst shop I’ve used, and I wouldn’t say the whole experience was terrible, but for fast delivery I definitely expected better

"Delivery dates are kinda all over the place"
I ordered from brack.ch because it said the item would arrive fast, but then the delivery date kept changing, and the updates were super vague. I had to chase them up myself just to figure out what was going on. The product might be totally fine, but if you actually need something by a certain date, I wouldn’t bet on it, tbh.

My order showed up on time, which was great, and most of it was exactly what I picked. One small item was different, though, so I had to contact support. They did end up fixing it, but the next steps weren’t very clear, and I wasn’t sure if I needed to wait, send something back, or follow up again. It got sorted out, but it was more annoying than it needed to be...

"Account settings are such a hassle!!!"
I was just trying to update my account details on Brack and wow, it was way more annoying than it needed to be!!! The settings pages felt kind of confusing, and it took me longer than expected to figure out something that should’ve been simple!!! I did contact support and they replied, but it didn’t really help much!!! It’s not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating!!!

I used to check brack.ch before anywhere else, but lately the prices just don’t really meet my standard for a good deal. I’ve found the same items cheaper on other Swiss shops quite a few times, sometimes by a noticeable amount. Delivery has always been fine, so no issue there, but if I’m paying more most of the time, I don’t really have much reason to order from them first.

I ordered from Brack at first everything felt totally okay. The delivery was smooth, so I was happy and thought, great, no issues here. But then the item turned out to be faulty, and that’s when my mood changed fast.
I contacted support expecting some simple help, but it took days to get replies, and when they did answer, it felt like I was just being passed around with copy-paste messages. I went from hopeful to frustrated to just tired of dealing with it. Maybe I just had bad luck, but the after-sales support really disappointed me, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"Payment options ruined my order plans"
I was planning to order something from Brack and had basically set aside time to get it done, but the payment options completely ruined the plan. The few methods they offer just didn’t work for me, and I don’t really want to be forced into using whatever options they’re pushing. For a shop this size, it feels way too limited. I ended up wasting time, getting annoyed, and ordering from somewhere else instead. They really need to add more normal, flexible payment choices.

"Tech Support Was Honestly Disappointing"
I reached out to tech support hoping for an actual fix, but the whole experience was frustrating. I waited several days for a response, and when they finally got back to me, it felt like they just sent copy-and-paste answers that didn’t really address the issue. In the end, nothing was resolved, which was disappointing.

"Still waiting on my refund"
I returned my order a few weeks ago and I’m still not sure what’s going on with the refund. Every time I contact support, they say it’s being checked, but nothing really seems to change. It’s getting frustrating because I just want my money back and don’t feel like I should have to keep chasing it every few days.
